We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to join our busy team in the vibrant i54 Wolverhampton area!
As an HR Coordinator, you will oversee the Time & Attendance (T&A) system to ensure accurate tracking of shifts and overtime, generate insightful reports, and assist in payroll processing. You will deliver a seamless onboarding experience, conduct HR inductions, and maintain detailed absence records while managing sickness and absence trends. Additionally, you will facilitate employee communication and engagement initiatives, support the HR Business Partner, and provide first-line HR support to both employees and managers, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Temporary (3 to 6 months)
Minimum Requirements:
1. HR administrative experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
2. Strong knowledge of T&A systems, onboarding processes, and absence management.
3. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Understanding of UK employment law and GDPR compliance.
5. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable, alongside at least 3 years of HR experience.
