We are a SEN school specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 7 to 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. You will be part of a dedicated and lively team that focuses strongly on the core areas of education, independence and inclusion. Under the direction of the Deputy Head Teacher for Pastoral/Behaviour, the role will include the following key accountabilities: Collecting and analysing behaviour incidents Reporting incidents through Engage Updating individual PBS plans, risk assessments and missing person reports Central point of contact for pastoral support Recording behaviour incidents and co-ordinating pastoral support Effective liaison with staff, parents and students regarding pastoral and behaviour related circumstances Planning and organising pastoral training Delivering whole school pastoral support to individual students when necessary At Aspris Children’s Services, we are immensely proud of the career pathway and training we can offer you.
