JOB TITLE: ERP & IT Project Manager EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time Permanent REPORTS TO: Group Project Manager JOB SUMMARY: Portwest are looking to add a Project manager to our PMO with a focus on delivery of ERP related projects (Infor M3) and occasional Digital and IT projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (waterfall and Agile), ERP systems and business processes. The ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery is crucial. This will involve working and supporting with functional teams, legacy/existing system owners and 3rd Party Business partners. The ERP projects will be focusing on Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance end to end processes in an international, multicurrency business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Based on Demand Management criteria and prioritisation, the Project Manager will devise the approach and delivery plan. Responsible for identifying the stakeholders of the project, requirements, expectations, and acceptance criteria. Prepare the project charter containing the business needs and Stakeholder’s confirmation. Prepare all necessary project governance and management tools, and set-up meeting cadence. Assure that the project is executed, according to what was agreed, in the project charter, scope statement and project management plan. Capture and manage project issues, risks and changes related to the project scope, timelines, costs etc. Function as liaison between the test team and existing business system owners to ensure that the test team have sufficient detail to prepare appropriate test scenarios for any change. Ensure required deliverables from each phase of the project are complete and accurate, and close any outstanding issues Identify the lessons learned during each phase to prepare for a formal phase closure. REQUIREMENTS: Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices of project delivery of any of following ERP solutions as a Project Manager: Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, IFS, etc. Any Infor M3 ERP systems highly desirable. 3-5 years, Experience of implementing Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance operations within Engineering to Order, Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash processes. Any experience in B2B organisations highly desirable. Excellent client facing experience and relationship management experience Experienced in overseeing at least one Project Manager from a third party and technical and non-technical resources Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
