Job summary We are looking for a forward thinking Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) to join our innovative team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn. Our Diabetes Team is small, friendly and passionate about providing the highest possible standards of care. We are looking to appoint an existing DSN (Band 7 or equivalent) to join our out-patient team. We would also welcome applications for a development post from nurses with existing experience and additional training in diabetes care.
