Your New Job
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will:
1. Process and manage invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
2. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
3. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
4. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments.
5. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
6. Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
7. Credit control duties.
8. Accruals and prepayments.
What You Will Need
1. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
