Teacher of Girl's PE
Required for a Wiltshire school with a recent Ofsted rating of 'Good'. This innovative school is ranked in the top 10 secondary schools in Wiltshire and is situated in the heart of rural Wiltshire. It has excellent links to Salisbury, Bath, Bristol and the South-West.
The successful candidate will be joining an experienced, well-organised and supportive department and will benefit from the use of excellent PE facilities, including extensive playing fields, two indoor halls, tennis and netball courts. The ideal candidate will be an excellent teacher with a passion for teaching and learning, a commitment to quality education and a Secondary QTS qualification.
About The Role
* 0.6 PE contract (with the option of doing general supply to make up to full-time hours if desired) - days to be agreed.
* Starting September'24 until February'25 at earliest.
* Teaching KS3 - KS5.
* Planning, marking and assessing required in line with school policy
* Possible commitment to extra-curricular offerings and fixtures
* Flexible curriculum delivery to best meet needs of pupils, good pupil behaviour and a school community built on mutual respect.
* Pay to scale from day one in line with experience (ECTs will be considered)

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (support available for an ECT) or ENIC (was NARRIC) and right to work (overseas teachers only)
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process one for you)
* Be a reflective, empathetic and engaging classroom practitioner with the desire to make a real difference to pupil’s lives
* Have high expectations of every pupil
* Be able to easily build a rapport across the wider school community
