The opportunity: We are seeking to recruit a pro-active Sales Administrator who can provide administration support to our sales and commercial teams. You will be an integral part of our cohesive team. You will get involved in many aspects of sales administration which in turn allows our Sales Managers to pro-actively develop and close new business opportunities. Location & Hours: The role is offered on an initial fixed term of 8 months and based out of our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. We offer hybrid working 1 day working from home per week. Key deliverables: Processing sales orders for planting/floristry schemes from the sales team into Business Central to allow them to be ordered, installed and maintained Administering cancellations, request notes and other contractual changes through to the wider business stakeholders via BC Develop and constantly improve systems related to the role and team, to be more effective and efficient Take tasks through to completion with as little involvement from the Sales and Commercial Manager as possible – keeping them informed through reporting as necessary Where relevant, supporting Sales, Commercial Managers and Designers with tenders and costings for projects Requirements We welcome applications from the candidates with sales administration experience (Sales Administrator, Customer Support Executive, Sales Support Specialist) Sales administration experience providing outstanding support to sales / business development / sales function Sales order administration using ERP or CRM systems would advantageous Proficiency in the use MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Organised, efficient and pro-active Attention to detail and strong time management skills Excellent communication skills Not essential but a love of plants would be a bonus Experience in order entry will be a bonus Just like our business, this role has some unique elements, so training will be provided where applicable You'll need your own transport as our newly refurbished offices are amazing and your miles away from an industrial estate.
