Searcys is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the team at Searcys Events.
As a Chef De Partie, you will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering memorable food experiences. You will support the Sous/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior kitchen staff.

The position is on a 0 hours contract with a salary of £17 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-standard food across various sections
* Assist with additional functions
* Maintain high standards for functions and dining areas
* Manage client dining, staff restaurant, hospitality, and conference food services as requested
* Train junior staff
* Ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain hygiene and personal hygiene standards
* Uphold staff food standards
* Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety policies
* Comply with legal requirements including fire safety, security, licensing, and local authority regulations
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management
* Be well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
* Work effectively under pressure
* Experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is desirable
* Work well within a team
