Customer Service Agent (Temporary)
Pay: £12.80 per hour
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
Main Responsibilities
1. To provide excellent customer service and accurate customer administration.
2. Communicating with customers through various communication channels including inbound phone calls.
3. Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Complete account administration with a high level of accuracy.
5. Liaise with all parts of the business in pursuit of resolving customer queries.
Our Ideal Customer Service Agent Would
1. Be educated to GCSE (5 x A-C) standard or equivalent.
2. Be PC literate and possess quick and accurate keyboard skills.
3. Have a background in customer service or credit control and preferably sales ledger experience.
4. Be able to multi-skill between queries received through various communication including inbound phone calls.
5. Be confident to work in a busy, sometimes pressured environment.
6. Be able to demonstrate customer focus and be tenacious in the pursuit of business and team goals, always looking to provide the best service for the customer.
7. Be able to work as a team member, have a flexible and adaptable approach and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
8. Have the ability to use their initiative and analyse problems.
9. Have great attention to detail.
10. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner and a positive 'can do' attitude.
