Rydym yn chwilio am Arweinydd Tîm Prosiect profiadol a chymwys i ymuno â'n Grŵp Ymgynghori Isadeiledd.
Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gyfrifol am arwain tîm o reolwyr prosiect yn y sector Adeiladau i reoli prosiectau a arweinir yn fewnol yn ogystal â threfniadau fframwaith ar gyfer Ymgynghorwyr a Chontractwyr. Mae'r grŵp yn gweithredu o gyllideb sero. Byddwch yn dod â lefel uchel o sgiliau dadansoddol, rhifiadol ac ariannol gyda dealltwriaeth fanwl o reoli cyllidebau, monitro gwariant prosiect, rhagweld a risgiau prosiect.
Byddwch yn chwarae rhan annatod wrth weithredu darpariaeth strategol o waith adeiladu a pheirianneg mawr a bach sydd wedi’u cynnwys yn rhaglen gyfalaf gymeradwy Conwy. Byddwch yn gyfrifol am ddarparu cyngor, cefnogaeth, darpariaeth uniongyrchol a throsolwg ar gyfer pob prosiect adeiladu / peirianneg o fewn y Cyngor. Mae'r rolau hyn yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod yr holl waith yn cael ei gynllunio, ei reoli a'i gyflawni, gan gymhwyso arloesedd, arfer gorau a gwerth gorau wrth gomisiynu a chyflawni.
Bydd gennych gymhwyster gradd neu gyfwerth mewn disgyblaeth briodol a gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth fanwl o ddulliau, technolegau ac arferion rheoli prosiectau adeiladu, ynghyd â phrofiad blaenorol o reoli gwaith mawr ar draws ystod o feysydd cysylltiedig, gan gynyddu'n gynyddol o ran cymhlethdod, maint a/neu gwerth.
Gyda sgiliau arwain cryf byddwch yn rheoli tîm amlddisgyblaethol o gontractwyr/ymgynghorwyr yn hyderus ar brosiectau technegol gymhleth. Bydd gennych hanes profedig o gynnal rhaglenni gwaith (gan gynnwys y rhai mewn amgylchedd “byw”), a gweinyddu trwy bob cam o'r gwaith gan gynnwys y gallu i baratoi amserlen / cwmpas gwaith manwl a dogfennaeth dendro gydlynol.
Bydd gennych sgiliau llafar eithriadol gyda'r gallu i gyfathrebu a darparu cyngor ar lefel weithredol a strategol a thrafod ac ymgynghori'n effeithiol gyda rhanddeiliaid, datblygwyr, ymgynghorwyr a phartïon perthnasol eraill.
Bydd y rôl hon yn adrodd yn uniongyrchol i’r Rheolwr Ymgynghoriaeth Seilwaith ac yn cefnogi’r gwaith o redeg y Grŵp Ymgynghori Seilwaith yn effeithiol.

We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified Project Team Leader to join our Infrastructure Consultancy Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in the Buildings sector to manage in-house led projects in addition to framework arrangements for Consultants and Contractors. The group operates from a zero based budget. You will bring a high level of analytical, numerical and financial skills with a detailed understanding of managing budgets, monitoring project expenditure, forecasting and project risks.
You will play an integral role in implementing strategic delivery of major and minor Building and engineering works which are included within Conwy’s approved capital programme. You will hold responsibility for providing advice, support, direct delivery and oversight for all construction / engineering projects within the Council. These roles are responsible for ensuring that all works are planned, managed and delivered, applying innovation, best practice and best value in commissioning and delivery.
You will hold a degree qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline and detailed knowledge and understanding of construction project management methods, technologies and practices, along with previous major works management experience across a range of related fields, progressively increasing in complexity, size and/or value.
With strong leadership skills you will confidently manage a multi-disciplinary team of contractors/consultants on technically complex projects. You will have a proven track record of maintaining works programmes (including those in “live” environment), and administration through all stages of the works including the ability to prepare detailed schedule/scope of works and coordinated tender documentation.
You will have exceptional oral skills with the ability to communicate and provide advice at an operational and strategic level and negotiate and consult effectively with stakeholders, developers, consultants and other relevant parties.
This role will report directly to the Infrastructure Consultancy Manager and will support in the effective overall running of the Infrastructure Consultancy Group.
