Exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to support our client and their customers. You will also have responsibility for other tasks working closely with other teams as part of a cohesive Operations Team.
Essentials:
1. Customer Services experience (both via telephone and face to face)
2. Computer literate
3. Ability to learn new systems quickly
4. Attention to detail and questioning mindset
5. Flexibility and willingness to react and help as situations arise
6. Ability to multi-task
7. Take responsibility for key project deliverables
8. Project and/or project experience would be beneficial
9. Flexible, open and positive attitude essential
10. Geographical knowledge of the country and road network
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage queries and support the activities of the sales and buying teams
2. Customer service and process customer orders
3. General administration duties
4. Responding to Sales enquiries, developing your knowledge of the clients' packaging materials
5. Proactive customer care contacting existing and new customers for example when samples are sent out to promote products and manage their needs
6. Contacting potential customers that have visited the company website to discuss the product range
7. Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date (Contact details, customer queries, complaint management)
8. Serving customers face to face (Inc. handling cash)
9. Liaising with Purchasing, Operations and Sales colleagues with regards to customer requirements
