Operations / Fleet Manager
Location: Bilston
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
We have a fantastic new vacancy for an Operations / Fleet Manager. Our client is a West Midlands based Vehicle Hire Specialist with over 20 years’ worth of experience in the industry and a fleet of over 200 vehicles available for tailored hire packages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure vehicle compliance is adhered to at all times, including MOT requirements.
2. Planning and analysing budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability of routes.
3. Enforcing industry laws and regulations and company policies.
4. Oversee transport employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the valued customers.
5. Efficiently utilise a fleet of over 250 vehicles and drivers through effective planning.
6. Maintain regular contact with the maintenance team to keep our vehicles in optimal condition.

3. The ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate appropriately.
