The role will play a central part in the Education & Leadership teams and will require diligence and attention to detail to manage the complex and varied workload.
The post holder will need to be conscientious, meticulously organised, and always act professionally and confidentially to commence research surrounding the Clinical Leadership Training, and create publications surrounding the findings, with recommendations for future practice.
The role is agile with regional travel as necessary and operationally required. Travel will be to University of Bedfordshire and EEAST sites.
The post holder will be responsible for the exploration, analysis, and publication of research materials relating to Clinical Leadership Training. The post holder will work to build an evidence base relating to the impact of Clinical Leadership Training.
The post holder will lead on this initiative, whilst supporting the wider Research Team with joint research publications and projects.
The post holder will work with the Head of Research to support ongoing development of the research function, as well as increase research capacity and capability within the Trust.
To promote the concept of evidence-based pre-hospital care as a means of improving patient outcomes, and to further develop the research culture within the Trust.
The post holder will look to develop and maintain robust research links within the Trust and with regional Research Speciality Groups, Acute and Primary Health and Social Care Trusts, and Higher Education Institutions.
The post holder will facilitate delivery of the research process and methodology for approved research projects. Undertake clinical research sessions, and provide specialist knowledge and supervision, for internal and external parties involved in clinical research activity.
