Managing a team of Facility Managers.
Ensure compliance with all mandatory and reporting requirements.
Assist in the development of long-term and annual delivery plans for the site and contract.
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services to satisfy user requirements, providing/obtaining authority where appropriate and verifying performance.
Actively manage service delivery issues and risk to minimise the impact on the customer.
Monitor, record and report contract status to ensure enduring compliance.
Assurance of both hard and soft delivery for a multiplicity of tasks with particular focus on statutory compliance including LEGIONELLA, ASBESTOS and CDM.
Participate in validation exercises and complete desktop assurance checks.
Understand the customer’s long terms needs and priorities to shape the team’s activities in managing services and identifying opportunities to align the contracted services to these.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PFI Contractor and their sub-contractors, in accordance with ISO44001 principles.
Develop and deliver annual assurance plans to ensure that the PFI partner has compliance with relevant legislation and contract deliverables.
Support assurance colleagues to ensure contractual, H&S, statutory & mandatory compliance acting on results as required.
Actively manage service delivery issues and risk to minimise the impact on the customer.
Deliver the portfolio with agreed timescales, cost and quality, ensuring that the relevant paperwork is raised to instruct the contract and meets the customer‘s need.
Seek and draw on technical, cost management and safety resources where necessary.
Identify opportunities for delivery of efficiencies through the contract.
Collect and analyse data, and gain stakeholder insights, to understand the performance of the change system and identify areas to improve delivery to the customer.
