We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Website & Digital Performance Executive to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website, drive organic SEO growth, and provide full analytical reporting on digital performance.
The ideal candidate will research trends and opportunities, monitor what's working (and what’s not), and continuously recommend improvements to enhance our digital presence.
In addition, the role will involve collaboration with external agencies to manage PPC campaigns effectively, and generating and managing web leads, ensuring seamless integration into our lead management systems and CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
* Update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and visually appealing.
* Create new website pages and landing pages to support campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
* Ensure website functionality, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices.
* Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement upgrades.
Organic SEO Optimization:
* Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
* Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for organic search visibility.
* Monitor organic performance metrics and make adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.
* Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and implement best practices.
Web Lead Generation and Integration:
* Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality web leads through organic traffic and PPC campaigns.
* Set up and manage systems that integrate web leads seamlessly into the company’s lead bank.
* Ensure lead data flows accurately and efficiently into the CRM for follow-up and tracking.
* Optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and workflows to increase lead quality and quantity.
* Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement in the lead funnel.
CRM Management:
* Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure efficient tracking of leads and customer interactions.
* Ensure all lead data from the website, PPC campaigns, and other digital channels is correctly synced and organized within the CRM.
* Analyse CRM data to provide insights into lead performance, sales opportunities, and customer journeys.
* Develop and refine CRM processes and improve lead nurturing efforts.
Trend Analysis and Research:
* Research industry trends, competitor performance, and digital marketing innovations to identify opportunities for growth.
* Analyse website user behaviour and conversion trends to identify potential improvements.
* Monitor what's working and what isn’t across all digital channels and recommend actionable solutions.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track website and campaign performance.
* Prepare comprehensive reports on traffic sources, user behaviour, bounce rates, conversions, and other KPIs.
* Identify patterns and actionable insights from data to improve website performance and campaign outcomes.
* Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance the digital experience and achieve business objectives.
* Work closely with external PPC agencies to monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Provide input on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign objectives to maximize ROI.
* Analyse PPC reports to assess performance and suggest optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in website management, SEO, and digital analytics.
* Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
* Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console).
* Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
* Knowledge of paid search and PPC campaign fundamentals is a plus.
