As the Head of Development – Early Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of early career talent across the firm. This includes managing professional qualifications, apprenticeships, and talent development programs. The role involves working closely with trainees from their onboarding through to their promotion to manager grade and engaging with senior stakeholders looking both at the current cadre as well as planning for the future.
You'll make an impact by:
* Managing programs for a range of professional qualifications
* Collaborating with stakeholders to design Early Careers programs that meet their needs
* Overseeing the onboarding of over 600 students each year onto apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship programs
* Participating in relevant external groups such as apprenticeship trailblazer groups and Institute and training provider forums
* Identifying areas to improve the student experience.

* Knowledge of professional qualifications and apprenticeship standards
