Mechanical Service Manager - Risley
Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We are currently looking to appoint a new Mechanical Service Manager specifically covering the Risley region.
Basic Salary – £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of the Mechanical Engineering teams.
* Ensure all planned service works are delivered within budget, on time, and in line with customer & quality expectations.
* Mechanical systems include: Sprinklers, Dry Risers, Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels, and Fire Hydrants.
* Ensure Contract reviews of all Mechanical sales files are complete in line with company policy.
* Responsibility for Service contracts to be delivered on budget and on time.
* Provide weekly Service work bank & Scheduling forecast to achieve monthly budget.
* Work alongside the office Manager to ensure scheduling requirements are met.
* Selection and monitoring of sub-contract labour, direct resource, and suppliers.
* Ensure sub-contractor service sheets and invoices are received within month of attendance.
* Liaising with client, engineers, and sub-contractors for planning work.
* Attend site meetings and regional offices when required.
* Manage engineer staffing levels.
* Review and validate all company documents assigned.
* Ensure regular compliance to 3rd Party BS/EN Audits in line with company procedure.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous industry experience in a similar role.
* Excellent management and computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries.
* Capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
* Professional with excellent communication, admin, and people skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work independently and desire to learn.
