We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Administrator to join our key client based in Pontefract. The hours of work are a rolling 4 days on 4 days off on a 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. basis. This is a hybrid role with a good balance of working from home and in the office. all weekend shifts are working from home. Responsibilities : Be the first point of contact for engineers and service delivery managers on assigned contracts. Ensure engineers attend and fix faults within specified KPIs to provide superior customer service. Work in a service desk environment, assigning faults through specialist fault management systems to engineers. Ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met for dedicated contracts and handle escalations promptly. Key Skills Required : Experience in a planning/scheduler role. Telephone call handling. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Ability to review data and take action in line with contractual obligations. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
