As a THRIVE Teaching Assistant, you will support students within their lessons while also carrying out assessments and intervention sessions both 1:1 and in small groups in the specialist THRIVE room. The school is a small SEMH provision with purpose-built classrooms to accommodate the needs of their pupils and plenty of outdoor space to support the delivery of a varied curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have an in-date THRIVE qualification and licence.
2. Be confident in supporting students 1:1.
3. Be proactive and organised with the ability to monitor assessments of students over a period of time.
4. Have a passion and drive for SEMH.
5. Have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Candidates must also be UK residents, living in the country for at least 3 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant UK school experience.
