We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor (Trainee).
Hours - Fulltime.
£25,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing role and be able to provide a first class customer experience. Your experience will be ideally within the motor industry, but this is not essential as full training will be given. The role includes general administrative duties, processing invoices and assisting with the motor claims process.
The successful candidate will:

* experience of working in a customer facing environment
* good systems and IT experience including word and excel
* excellent communication skills
* excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise work in accordance with the needs of the business

* open to working with new processes and able to adapt quickly
