Our International Marketing team are looking for a forward-thinking, solutions-driven candidate to drive the build, maintenance and roadmap of a best-in-class website across all markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the International websites, including the development and enhancement.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for working with international colleagues across the Marketing, Technology and other business enhancement teams to deliver and assist with the management of the International websites, with the objective of delivering a modern and effective experience to our clients and wider audience. You will be a champion of the user experience, ensuring that we focus on their perspectives, outcomes and experiences in the approaches we take, and the decisions we make.
* Management of Natixis IM international websites on Adobe Experience Manager; new uploads, maintenance, and enhancements, roadmap development, collaborating with the wider business to ensure efficiency in processes, initiatives, and budgets, website tagging, ownership of relevant data points, development roadmap and management, and providing UX/UJ suggestions for all marketing website activity and implementing.
* Ownership of website related products such as integrated events platform.
* Working with the Marketing Technology team, including briefing in technical support, building the website lead generation roadmap and providing expert advice on transversal projects relating to the website.
* Support with integration of analytics and reporting platforms: maintenance, and ongoing development.
* Data driven decision making: Using data, research and feedback as key components of the decision-making process and providing suggestions to the business.
* Agency management: Responsible for management of website agency partners, ensuring SOWs are accurate and budget tracking is maintained.
Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing technology, and digital customer experience, within Technology or Asset Management capacity, or within an agency or larger corporate environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Expert in using digital platforms and project management tools (Salesforce, Adobe, etc), including proven experience of building webpages, emails or other digital campaigns in Adobe Experience Manager.
* Experience in marketing automation and client digital journey mapping.
* Ability to think strategically and connect strategy to execution.
* Strong collaboration, communication, organisation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work within a multi-affiliate organisation with numerous stakeholders.
* French or other international languages an advantage but not essential.
