We are looking for an IT Manager to join us here at What’s Possible Group. We’re a media/marketing agency with around 120 people. We need an exceptional IT Manager to help deliver and support our business transformation and growth effectively, efficiently, sustainably, and enjoyably. Your role will be to provide support and manage and grow all Tech Op’s services within the Business, ensuring the technology offering, toolsets, and infrastructure align with the growth and strategy of What’s Possible Group. Most of this will be at our office in Angel, London, with occasional travel to our offices in Bristol and Kent. Salary: £45 to 55k, D.O.E. What you’ll be doing: Manage the day-to-day support service and support team across all offices, including hard and soft services, to maintain an environment of the highest standards. Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly admin activities across our estate for backups, security, access, room management, Documentation, Training etc. Provided support to the WPG userbase who work remotely and in the office. Provide support for our clients, tenants, and 3rd part business. Developing and implementing IT strategy, policies, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement of services. Proactively communicate with our employees about changes that are made. Work to implement new solutions and services, enabling the business to grow. Support the current business media, creative and functional applications. Maintain security standards and look to improve security services across the group. Working with our MSP to Monitor and Maintenance of Server and storage environments on Prem and MS Azure & 365. Work closely with our workspace team across our estate. Build a strong relationship with each internal department, tenant, and contractor to ensure the smooth running of the offices Requirements Key Deliverables. Maintaining and improving our current security posture and secure score, working towards Cyber Essentials Plus Certification. Continue to implement the right technology to enable the business to grow Be the main point of contact for Technology. Manage and maintain all Technology processes and procedures in the group, including external infrastructure support and SOC services. Monitor and maintain all tech infrastructure and services, including backups and restore tests. Be part of the Business Continuity command team. Work closely with our MSP who provide 3rd line support, as well as 365 and Azure admin and maintenance and SOC. Who you’ll be: Looking to progress from a team leader to IT Manager with at least 2 years’ experience managing a small team. Good working knowledge or qualifications in AD, Azure, and 365 tool sets are preferable. Good understanding or qualification in network fundamentals. Good Windows and Mac OS Knowledge. Good working Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022. Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware ESX Knowledge of Azure, 365, Intune, Autopilot MDM and MAM, Conditional Access Policies and Microsoft Defender. Knowledge of mobile devices OS, Android, iOS etc. Experience with the media industry tools such as MediaOcean is preferable but not required. You’ll be a great communicator, keeping us proactively informed about changes that are being made. You’ll be able to make and maintain excellent relationships. Be able to work as part of a team.
