We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Oldham Sexual Health Service as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to various service areas, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. You will communicate professionally and effectively with both colleagues and service users, contributing directly to the team's success. After receiving full training, you will use computer systems to accurately capture, update, and verify essential data, and manage databases, with occasional manual data collection when required. The role involves handling telephone inquiries, managing your own workload within set guidelines, and using discretion and initiative to address queries or direct them to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming calls from the call centre and take appropriate action. Send appointment reminders and process postal test results. Run reports and ensure high standards of data quality in the clinical system. Book translators for appointments and handle patient records.
