What will you be doing?
1. Developing mutually respectful internal and external customer relations to deliver services to the expected contractual KPIs
2. Problem-solving customer requests to assist in optimising the revenue and margin achieved through the contract
3. Providing clear, transparent and accurate reporting of work undertaken on behalf of the contract
4. Assisting DESA's customers and ensuring service delivery is in accordance with their requirements, identifying and promoting opportunities to grow the business through new service offerings and new customers
5. Ensuring Veolia continues to offer a competitive service offering to the DESA
6. Promoting waste hierarchy improvement and minimising environmental impact of haulage
7. Ensuring all tasks are sent to the correct recipients in a timely manner and tracked until a date of completion has been received
What are we looking for?
1. Education up to A Level standard
2. Organisational and Planning Skills
3. Good communication skills both written and verbal
4. Knowledge of the waste industry is desirable
5. Experience gained working within a customer-focused environment
6. Salesforce experience is essential
