Main duties of the job Oversee the project coordination of development and implementation of Open Minds initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support in alignment with best practices. Facilitate effective planning, collaboration, reporting for the achievement of Open Minds service goals working closely with various organizations within the partnership. Define systems to ensure efficient resource utilization and the achievement of partnership goals and impact measures in alignment with the Open Minds contract. Identify potential risks and challenges related to project implementation and work with managers to support the development of proactive mitigation strategies. Co-ordinate and administer Open Minds meetings and schedules, including oversight of booking meetings, arranging attendance, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
