We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to join our Cambridge team on a hybrid basis. This role is vital in supporting HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee engagement, and ensuring efficient HR administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide seamless HR operations support, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and records management
* Coordinate training and development initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth
* Assist in employee relations, working closely with HR to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace
* Oversee administrative tasks and support HR systems, ensuring smooth operations aligned with company values and compliance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience: Experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably in a regulated industry, ideally within biopharmaceuticals.
* Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an inclusive, service-oriented approach
* Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with HR information systems and digital collaboration tools
* Education: Relevant qualifications in HR or administration are valued, but equivalent experience is also welcome
