Employee Assistance Programme Key responsibilities of this role include: Collecting and delivering freight on and off the airport Ensuring loads are correctly loaded and secure at all time and all necessary paperwork is correctly completed Able to operate all available equipment when required Complete daily vehicle checks Report all equipment defects to a supervisor Maintaining regular contact with the supervisor Operating all equipment in a safe and responsible manner Following SSW and company procedures Adhere to driver regulations and work time directive Follow all company procedures relating to tachographs and driving legislation Follow manual handling at all times Working in a safe manner when unsupervised Valid driving license Support DHL core operations, as required Scanning/sorting Loading/unloading containers Hold a valid driver?s qualification card (CPC) All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn. Although the primary function is as a Cat CE driver the role will require the holder to be fully flexible on additional activities AS AND WHEN required.
