Customer Service is at the heart of our clients company, they excel within our service offering and are looking to strengthen our team with someone who can contribute and maintain these standards.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the role is to provide a best-in-class service, to process our Sales Orders within our Customer Services Department.
Duties to include:
1. Processing orders and checking to ensure accuracy of data input.
2. Liaising with internal departments to ensure Customers expectations are met.
3. Building relationships and rapport with our customers.
4. Assisting where directed with all aspects of the order process, from quotation, order, delivery and after sales.

1. Accurate in data entry with a high attention to detail.
2. A self-motivated team player.
3. Observant with the ability to spot discrepancies.
4. Excellent organisation and time management.
5. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
6. A good communicator, both written and verbal.
Essential Experience / Desirable Skills:
1. Need to be courteous and have a confident telephone manner.
2. An ability that enables customers to talk through their needs.
3. Able to understand technical requirements, product enquiries and process effectively and accurately.
4. Computer Literate in Outlook, Word & Excel, Inhouse systems training provided.
5. Must be willing to undertake any further training requirements commensurate to the post.
6. Customer Service Level 2 qualification desirable.
7. Must have Fenestration / Windows and Doors knowledge and experience.
8. Previous customer service background.
