Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Headteacher to start in September 2024 to join this dynamic team. We are seeking an outstanding and dynamic Headteacher to lead the School into the next exciting phase of its development. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with a clear vision for the future of education and a passion for driving academic success and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the continuous improvement and success of the school.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes high expectations for all students and staff.
3. Lead and manage the school's senior leadership team, supporting their professional development and ensuring effective performance.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan that aligns with our mission and values.
5. Maintain and enhance the high standards of teaching and learning through innovative and effective pedagogical practices.
6. Manage the school's budget and resources efficiently to ensure sustainability and growth.
7. Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
Candidate Profile
9. Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within a school setting.
10. A track record of driving academic excellence and school improvement.
11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
14. Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
15. A deep understanding of current educational policies and practices.
16. A relevant teaching qualification and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
