Job Title
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, or Mental Health Practitioners looking to gain experience in a specialist SEN School setting.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality support and therapy to vulnerable students.
**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
* To provide one-to-one and group support to students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* To work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
* To maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular progress meetings.
* To collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
**Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
* Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
