Due to continued growth within our EPIC team, we are seeking both Full and Part-time superheroes to join our AMAZING supportive team at Sandpiper, to help deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support.
About Sandpiper:
At Sandpiper, we provide a specialist approach for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We enable individuals to work towards self-fulfillment, independence, and community participation. We offer support at varying levels, depending on the assessed needs of the individual, designed specifically to accommodate the complex needs of a wide range of people.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
* Involved in the support and routine of the people we support.
* Promoting independence for the people we support while helping them live a fulfilling life.
* Maintaining and supporting health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
* Teaching Key Life Skills and Assisting with Daily Living Skills including cleaning and cooking.
* Offering enhanced care with a flexible approach for all the people we support.
* Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training; however, what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
