Position
In this role, you will provide holistic health and wellbeing support, helping families to thrive within the home environment, sustain positive outcomes, and retain their tenancies. This role is focused on supporting families.
You will be working as part of a team to provide support to our customers and prevent homelessness. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.

* Experience in safeguarding of children and adults in a similar environment;
* Experience working with agencies that provide different support to individuals;
* Experience working with customers on a one-to-one basis;
* Experience working with customers in a caring/supportive environment.
