Summary of our role The role of Media Strategy Manager you will support the Agency Leadership Team (ALT) and Client Leadership teams by providing strategic input into global media campaigns, creating outstanding data driven strategic recommendations that solve client challenges and lead to media activations. You are responsible for the strategic output for Havas Lynx Media (HLM), taking responsibility and ownership over key accounts, building lasting client partnerships that allow us to create impactful, effective work; whilst identifying opportunities for growth and new business. Making big strategic strides and helping to shape HLM’s path forward, your expertise will be crucial in putting data at the heart of our strategic decision-making processes, allowing us to make bold and informed choices that drive success for each of our brands. You’ll take charge, inspire action, and motivate our activation teams to achieve extraordinary results. You will build your profile around the agency, educating others about the benefit you can bring and when to involve you in their projects. You will share your knowledge with the team, assisting the ALT to support and develop the team. Acting as a true partner to the ALT, you will support agency growth and development, playing a lead role in inspiring, motivating and gaining buy-in from the wider team, whilst championing the discipline within AMP, across Havas Lynx Group and externally.
