InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (MUST have CIPD level 5) to join a leading provider of transportation solutions, their clients include both public and private sectors.
This role will be office based, and you will be located at their head office in Erdington.
Qaulifications:
* CIPD Level 5.
* GCSE Maths and English.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience working as a HR Advisor OR Generalist.
* Strong Administrative experience.
* Experience of leading and managing end to end recruitment and onboarding.
* Experience compoling HR reports.
* Experience working with HR systems and data bases.
* Experience of UK laws and regulations relating to HR.
* Experience using Microsoft packages.
The duties of the HR Advisor will include:
* Supporting the HR function in conducting and overlooking recruitment and training compliance
* Providing an efficient and effective HR support in line with the company standards and company policies and procedures
* Responsible for maintaining personnel records, routinely updating employee information on the employee matrix.
* Keeping personnel files up to date
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
* Following up on probation reviews
* Supporting employees and managers with the end-to-end employment journey
* Ensure all HR compliance is up to date
* Performing HR audits of files
* Manage all advertising platforms
* Leading the recruitment process, and on boarding within the SLAs and targets
* Issue of offer letters and employment contracts
* Process leaver information
* Preparing references
* Monitor and maintain the HR inbox
Desirable:
* ISO Standards 9001.
* CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
Salary:
The salary for the HR Advisor will be CIRCA £27,000 per annum.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8am until 4pm.
* IN OFFICE working (No Hybrid or Remote).
