The role requires working 42 and a half hours per week, including working one Saturday every two weeks, and is fully on-site, offering you hands-on experience and a direct connection with customers.
Main Duties: Customer Guidance: You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the company's extensive range of vehicles, ensuring that each customer finds the right vehicle to suit their preferences.
Vehicle Sales: As a key part of the team, you will confidently sell a diverse range of vehicles, from new models to pre-owned options.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
Prospecting and Follow-up: You will be proactive in prospecting potential customers, creating opportunities for future sales, and following up with leads to ensure maximum sales potential is achieved.
Compliance with FCA Regulations: The role requires adherence to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ensuring that all transactions are conducted ethically and in line with industry standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the automotive or retail sectors, is highly beneficial.
You will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Passion for Cars: A strong interest in cars and the automotive industry is essential.
You should have an enthusiasm for learning about vehicle specifications, features, and the latest trends in the market.
