Responsibilities:
Apply HR best practices to support the business and find effective people solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Empower and guide managers in handling employee issues, advising on employment terms, and offering best practice solutions.
Oversee the performance appraisal and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals, high performance, and succession planning.
Manage complex employee relations issues such as performance, discipline, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
Provide accurate, up-to-date advice on employment law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and HR practices.
Support the recruitment process, employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, exits), and all leave-related matters, while ensuring data privacy and compliance with policies. Experience:
Experience working with senior stakeholders and staff across all levels in diverse settings.
Familiar with environments with varied contracts, working patterns, and employment terms.
Background in customer-facing sectors such as arts, hospitality, or events.
