We are seeking a Site Services Manager who is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services engineering.
One of the new roles is the newly created Site Services Manager.
You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Site Project Manager and Maintenance Manager to drive the change from a from a ‘repair culture’ to an ‘improvement culture’ enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team.
As the Site Services Manager you'll lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team.
Key responsibilities are to ensure Site Services and ancillary equipment is fully functional to meet the needs of a 24/7 manufacturing facility, through robust preventative / planned maintenance / condition monitoring and process control systems.
The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies.
Commercial and business awareness, with strong financial acumen
Experience in site services management, preferably in a manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods organisation.
