Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their services in the technology sector. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives. Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email automation campaigns, and print materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts. Manage CRM campaigns, mapping and improving customer journeys to increase customer engagement. Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and SEO-friendly. Support our internal recruitment strategy by developing content and engaging suitable candidates through various channels, whilst maintaining brand image. About you: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the recruitment sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
