This role is a perfect opportunity to further develop your HR skills and experience within a busy and supportive team. You will provide business focussed, pragmatic HR advice and support to the Council and schools on the management of complex and sensitive cases relating to Conduct, Performance and Resolution; and will play a vital role in coaching and supporting mangers in line with policy and procedure.
