As a Part Time Sales Advisor based in Redruth (TR15 3RR), you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
* Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
* Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers
* Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard
Proven experience in sales and customer service
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
* A hands-on approach, using initiative when needed to work as part of a small team and support in all areas at the branch
* Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
