* To maintain records associated with the Housing's heating maintenance contracts.
* To assist in making sure the Housing Service meets its statutory obligations and compliance.
* To manage and maintain records regarding statutory compliance for all other contracts in respect of periodic servicing and inspections.

What you will do:
* Support the regular assessment of compliance across the PCC housing stock.
* To monitor and report on contractor performance.
* To initiate and follow no-access procedures when access cannot be obtained to complete annual safety checks.
* To ensure maximum use is made of information technology.
