* Coordination of design with consultant team.
* Possess a good working knowledge of the current UK Building Regulations and Approved Documents.
* Have a clear understanding of best practice detailing and specification of building materials, products and workmanship.
* Experience in residential and/or hospitality sectors.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Our office is flexible and made up of a lot of all-rounders. It’s an international, dynamic office—about 75% of our projects are in London, and we are also concept architects for some overseas projects. We do not pigeon-hole people doing repetitive work.
Regarding salary, it really depends on experience. The better the candidate, the higher the remuneration. We look for strong stable candidates and prefer those who have not just jumped around tons.
We work with Vectorworks in this office. But we certainly do not expect candidates to have used this. Most have come to us with AutoCAD background, but were able to transition very easily.
