Key Responsibilities
Meet and build relationships with guests.
Play a key role in the full experience for guests by impacting all stages of stays.
Identify preferences and update profiles to continuously tailor stays to guests' needs.
Deliver welcome amenities and purchase items as required.
Close any service gaps and recover the experience for affected guests.
Key Requirements
Opera knowledge is preferred.
A team player with strong organisational skills.
Ability to stay calm during high volume days.
