My client based in Birmingham is a highly progressive and innovative property firm looking to recruit an HR Manager to be the heart of their business. This role is ideal for an HR professional who wants to add value, put their stamp on the role, and grow the business.
This role can be full-time or 4 days per week (Part-time).
This role is very much strategic as well as focused on operational support. It will also have a strong Learning and Development element looking at succession and career development in an Academy-style setup. This role will have management responsibility for an HR Assistant.
As the HR Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to the Executive team. You will take the lead on all people-related matters and processes, ensuring the right talent, policies, and systems are in place to drive sustainable growth.
The main components of this role will entail:
* Developing and executing the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Managing the employee life cycle.
* Providing hands-on HR support and coaching to managers to build their people management capabilities.
* Cultivating a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative programs and initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Project work focused on learning and development career initiatives.
Applicants will have:
* Solid generalist HR Manager/Senior HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, creative industry.
* Strong strategic and operational expertise in all areas of people management.
* Exposure in Learning and Development.
* Proven track record of driving positive cultural change and enhancing employee engagement.
