Position Overview: As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the credit control team. Key Responsibilities: Process banking and allocate daily payments accurately and efficiently. Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring prompt responses to invoice copy requests and general inquiries. Track unallocated cash balances and collaborate with the team to resolve them. Accurately post canteen invoices in a timely manner. Assist credit controllers with portal reconciliations and other administrative tasks. Qualifications and Experience: Able to work in the office 5 days per week Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
