Job Description
* Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies that align with the company's goals.
* Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs.
* Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
* Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
* Handle the L&D budget.
* Conduct job evaluations and performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with all learning and development related regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful L&D Partner should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D strategies within the FMCG industry.
* Excellent understanding of e-learning techniques, and on-the-job training methods.
* Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
* An ability to devise strategies and initiatives that will drive corporate training and development.
