A leading repair and installation firm require a proven accounts assistant to join their welcoming team! If you have Accounts Payable experience and are looking to pick up additional learning in other areas of accounts, please give me a call on the number below
Responsibilities include:
1. Core duties include purchase ledger, inputting supplier invoices, through to supplier queries, remittances, and weekly payment runs
2. Payroll and fleet management – Processing payroll for a team of 100 weekly paid staff
3. Helping in other areas of accounts, including some additional month end duties – training provided in other areas if wanted.
4. Using Excel for monthly reporting and Sageline 200 or proven experience of an accounting experience are desirable
