What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Level 3 Health and Social Care or higher. Experience: Minimum of two years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting. Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of individualised care planning. Safeguarding: In-depth knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Location: Must live within a 30-minute commute of Sleaford. Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to their professional development. Communicate any concerns effectively to senior management. Implement individual care plans and ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently. Offer compassionate and responsive personal care assistance to residents. Observe and monitor residents' wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes. Allocate and oversee the work of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).
