INTERNAL VACANCY
We are seeking to appoint a Technical Support Officer within the Facilities Management section of Property Services.
To provide Facilities Management Services to CYC Commercial buildings and external clients buildings in accordance with contract and service specifications. Support the Engineering Technology Services and capital works programmes to commercial buildings ensuring the effective delivery of management, business, and technical support systems, which are essential for the delivery of a value for money high performing customer focussed service.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Significant experience in delivering FM based services.
2. External provider account management skills to represent CYC as a single point of contact.
3. A competent administrator capable of working on their own initiative.
4. A good understanding of a financial management system particularly raising orders to and paying external providers invoices.
5. Good interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels.

We offer flexible working, both home and office based, and 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days after 5 years).

Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
