Job Description
You will play a key role in curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and fosters a strong company culture—making it a place where people truly want to be.
Working as part of our client’s site team, you will proactively seek opportunities to improve the onsite service experience, introducing new initiatives in line with ISS and our client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact, representing our client and addressing customer requests.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and anticipate customer needs.
• Support the coordination of our client’s workplace community.
• Establish yourself as the "go-to" person for customers, delivering our client’s value proposition.
• Promote collaboration across teams, suppliers, and customer groups while prioritising our client’s interests.
• Lead the creation of an exceptional customer and workplace experience.
• Ensure awareness of emergency contacts and procedures on-site.
• Direct the front-of-house team to maintain excellence for customers and visitors.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• First Aid trained (EFAW minimum), training provided.
• IOSH certification (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in multiple digital communication platforms.
• Experience in high-profile environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a confidential environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholder demands under time pressure.
• Prior experience in Soft Services or Operations, with knowledge of real estate and hospitality.
